My Angels made Angels!

I think that the pictures speak for themselves here...

Snow Day!!!

January 20, 2009. There was snow all over the ground when we woke this morning and it just kept snowing throughout the day. The boys had a blast dressing up on two layers, with gloves and coats and going outside to throw snow around.

Unfortunately, it wasn't wet enough to build a snowman, but they made little snowballs and had a ton of fun just the same.

Poor Babysitter

Grandpa stayed over the night of the basketball game so Mike and I asked if we could go out for a bit by ourselves. Keith was kind enough to watch the kids, but he may have bit off more than he could chew!!

This is what we came home to! :)

Seeing Red

Three generations of Red. Grandpa Keith came to visit one Saturday to attend a basketball game with his son and grandsons. The boys are a part of the Junior Wolfpack club and Daddy (NCSU alumni) is teaching them to howl with the best of them!

Christmas Favorites

Where to start? Well, if you ask my children what their favorite Christmas present was this year you will get different answers depending on the day.

Favorite Number 1 was the house from Santa...
Favorite Number 2: Beanbag Toss courtesy of Carla and Preston

Favorite Number 3: Silly String (which Mom and Dad HATE) courtesy of MeMa and PaPa (I think... maybe Carla and Preston) in their stockings

Favorite Number 4: The Wii courtesy of Gran Jan (purchased from Carla and Preston

See a pattern here? Yeah, Mom and Dad suck at buying gifts evidentally! :)

The Camera Monster Strikes Again

It seems that no matter where I try to hide my camera... and no matter how high I put it... this little guy manages to find it.

I will be downloading pictures and all of a sudden there are feet, the TV, the underside of my kitchen table, and (my favorite) self portraits. This series of masterpieces was especially cute!

What did Santa Bring?

Okay, so Santa REALLY brought them Mega Blocks and the Winnie the Pooh Changing Tree, but Santa also found this cardboard house at Osh Kosh B'Gosh for $10.00 and thought it might be a cute little side gift.

Well, Santa spent the best $10.00 ever when he thought to grab this becuase the other toys were promptly forgotten. The house was WAY cool and roomy enough for both of them. PLUS, it has TWO doors, TWO mailboxes, and TWO windows so there is NO FIGHTING... well ideally anyway.

And we still have it! It is taking up and obtrusively large amount of floor space in our already crowded play room, but it is still used daily so... Thanks Santa!

The Christmas Train

Every year, we put Thomas the Tank Engine and his track around the base of the Christmas tree. This year I caught all of my boys watching the train with awe. What a sweet moment!

Lame Mother

Yeah, I know... nothing for over a month? What is wrong with me? Well, it is time to make up for it... prepare to be bombarded...
