Sleeping... again... just a new audience

Falling asleep seems to be a hobby of Michael's. But lately I can't really blame him since he has been putting in obscene hours at work. He just cuddles up to whoever is close... and they all fall happily to sleep. This time... Damion and Jag were his companions.

Cheap Deals Equal Smiles Around

Ahhh... my husband. He always... I mean ALWAYS walks in the door with SOMETHING that was ON SALE that we HAD TO HAVE...

Well, this time (unlike so many others) he hit a homerun with his cheap deal of the day. Logan was in his brothers room watching TV and Mike and I snuck in his room to put up this bed tent.

He was thrilled when he walked in his room and was smiling from ear to ear. Of course, it was all fun and games until he realized that he had to actually go to SLEEP in the tent... not just play.

So, once we loaded ALL of his "guys" (stuffed animals) into the bed, put his star tutrtle in there and gave him the glowing color bear... THEN he went to sleep. And the next day after school, he got to share the tent with his brother... who enjoyed it just as much.

Junk Mail Fun

We all know that it does not take a whole lot to entertain a child, but this time, the junk mail provided stimulation for over an hour! First we had to figure out how to get them off the sticker sheet without mom's help... because we had to do it "ALL BY MYSELF!"


Then we had to decide exactly where all these stickers were going to go! We started to run low on arm space so we had no other choice than to start sticking them all over our face!




And last, but certainly not least, we had to make time to show off for the camera...
